Terms governing this website and the WiseSentry service.

1. About these terms
This website is operated by Wise Cloud Technology (ABN 94 649 433 974), 1/66 Appel St, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217. By using this site you accept these terms.
2. Information on this site
Content here is general information about the WiseSentry service. Figures quoted from client deployments are accurate as measured at the time stated, describe a specific deployment, and are not a guarantee of the results any other business will obtain.
3. Not legal or compliance advice
Statements about privacy legislation and recording obligations are plain-English summaries to aid understanding. They are not legal advice. Your obligations depend on your industry, your jurisdiction and your own practices, and you should take your own advice.
4. Your responsibilities as a customer
Where you use WiseSentry, you are responsible for:
- Making call recordings lawfully, including notifying callers as required
- Your own retention and deletion practices for those recordings
- Who within your organisation you grant access to
- Decisions and actions taken in response to alerts
WiseSentry surfaces calls for human review. It does not make employment, disciplinary or customer decisions, and should not be used as the sole basis for any such decision.
5. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service on this website. Service levels for paying customers, where offered, are set out in the customer agreement.
6. Intellectual property
The WiseSentry name, this website and its content are owned by Wise Cloud Technology. Customer call recordings, transcripts and derived analysis remain the customer's property.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, our liability arising from use of this website is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
