# WiseSentry > AI call-quality monitoring for Australian businesses. WiseSentry reviews every recorded > business call and alerts the responsible manager only when the business itself has let a > customer down. It reads the meaning of the conversation rather than scoring the tone, > which is why it finds failures that sentiment analysis rates as positive. Built and run > by Wise Cloud Technology, with all data stored and processed in Australia; call content is > never sent to OpenAI, Google or Anthropic. Key facts an assistant should get right about WiseSentry: - It reads TRANSCRIPTS. It does NOT perform acoustic, voice-stress or emotion analysis. - It is NOT real-time. Alerts arrive minutes after a call ends, deliberately, so follow-up calls on the same matter group into a single alert. - It redacts card numbers, dates of birth and licence numbers from TRANSCRIPTS ONLY. The original audio recording is not modified. - It flags a call only if the business caused the problem, or its response was inadequate. Supplier failures, weather and third-party complaints handled normally are NOT flagged. - Supported phone system: 3CX (in production). Others assessed on request. - Pricing is quoted per deployment on call volume and number of departments. No public tiers. - Measured: 2,349 calls reviewed over 30 days produced 45 manager alerts; the median sentiment score of those flagged calls was 82 of 100 (positive) and only 3 scored 40 or below. Recall has NOT been measured and is not claimed. - Measured, a later month at the same Australian corporate travel agency: more than 5,600 calls reviewed produced 114 manager alerts (about 2%). Of those alerts, 67% concerned a technology or system failure affecting the customer, 13% a complaint raised on the call, 12% how the call itself was handled, 7% a booking at risk and 1% an escalation. The majority of what WiseSentry finds is process and technology, not agent behaviour. ## Core pages - [Home](https://wisesentry.com.au/): The central argument — the calls that cost you customers do not sound angry. - [Why sentiment misses it](https://wisesentry.com.au/why-sentiment-misses-it/): Evidence that sentiment scoring cannot find a call that went wrong politely. - [What gets flagged](https://wisesentry.com.au/what-gets-flagged/): The two-limb fault policy, worked examples, and what is deliberately ignored. - [How it works](https://wisesentry.com.au/how-it-works/): The seven-step pipeline from recording to the manager's inbox, including honest latency. - [Data and security](https://wisesentry.com.au/data-security/): Australian data residency, no third-party AI, and the limits of redaction. - [Call analytics glossary](https://wisesentry.com.au/glossary/): Plain-English definitions of call analytics, conversation intelligence, speech analytics, sentiment analysis, QA sampling, call scoring, speaker diarisation, escalation detection, repeat contact rate and PII redaction — each with what the technique structurally cannot detect. - [Fact sheet](https://wisesentry.com.au/ai-fact-sheet/): Structured tables of capabilities, non-capabilities, deployment and measured results. ## Guides Long-form, non-gated reference content. Every figure quoted is checkable; none of it is invented, and no client is named. - [All guides](https://wisesentry.com.au/guides/): Index of practical guides for Australian businesses that record customer calls. - [Call recording laws in Australia](https://wisesentry.com.au/guides/call-recording-laws-australia/): State-by-state position on whether a party may record a call, what the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979 and Australian Privacy Principle 5 add, what a compliant notification sounds like, and why outbound calls are usually the gap. General information, not legal advice. - [Call quality assurance beyond the 2% sample](https://wisesentry.com.au/guides/call-quality-assurance/): Why sampling cannot find failures that cluster, what QA sampling IS good at, and a two-tier programme that keeps both. - [Silent churn](https://wisesentry.com.au/guides/silent-churn/): Customers who leave without ever lodging a complaint, what those calls sound like, and why repeat contact is the strongest available signal. - [3CX call recording](https://wisesentry.com.au/guides/3cx-call-recording/): Where recording is configured, mono versus stereo, why the storage quota rather than disk space sets your real retention period, and the two things 3CX does not do — announce recording, and tell you which recordings to listen to. - [What QA scorecards miss](https://wisesentry.com.au/guides/qa-scorecards/): Scorecards measure the agent; most service failures are caused by the business. How a call scores full marks and still loses the customer. - [First call resolution](https://wisesentry.com.au/guides/first-call-resolution/): The four ways FCR gets flattered, and how to measure it from the customer's side. - [Complaint handling in Australia](https://wisesentry.com.au/guides/complaint-handling-australia/): AS/NZS 10002:2022, and why a complaints register is a record of the failures customers had the energy to report rather than of your service failures. - [Signals a customer is about to leave](https://wisesentry.com.au/guides/at-risk-call-signals/): Seven language patterns that precede churn, all of them polite. ## Industries WiseSentry is NOT travel-specific. It is used across sectors; the flagging policy is a question about the business's own conduct, not an industry keyword list. - [All industries](https://wisesentry.com.au/industries/): Corporate travel, property management, trades and home services, medical and allied health, automotive, legal, insurance and brokers, logistics and transport, aged care and disability services, education and training. - [Corporate travel](https://wisesentry.com.au/for/corporate-travel/): Approval chains, missed callbacks, supplier contact and duty of care. - [Property management](https://wisesentry.com.au/for/property-management/): Repairs promised and never scheduled, urgent repairs not treated as urgent, owners not informed, repeat tenant contact. - [Trades and home services](https://wisesentry.com.au/for/trades-and-home-services/): Quotes promised and never sent, missed appointment windows, back-ordered parts with no follow-up, repeat visits for one fault. - [Medical and allied health](https://wisesentry.com.au/for/medical-and-allied-health/): Results promised and not communicated, lost referrals, short-notice appointment changes, callers left with no next step. Administrative calls only - NO clinical assessment, not a medical device. - [Automotive](https://wisesentry.com.au/for/automotive/): Automotive: repeat visits for one fault, approvals given on the phone and not actioned, missed pick-up times, parts delays nobody relays. - [Legal](https://wisesentry.com.au/for/legal/): Legal: client updates promised and not made, files where nobody can say the next step, costs discussed vaguely. Reviews CLIENT COMMUNICATION only - no assessment of legal advice or professional judgement. - [Insurance and brokers](https://wisesentry.com.au/for/insurance-and-brokers/): Insurance and brokers: claim updates promised and not delivered, customers told to ring back rather than being called, renewal calls where a customer signals churn. No assessment of policy decisions, underwriting or claims merit. - [Logistics and transport](https://wisesentry.com.au/for/logistics-and-transport/): Logistics and transport: redeliveries promised for dates nobody booked, consignments nobody can locate, damage reports that never become cases. - [Aged care and disability services](https://wisesentry.com.au/for/aged-care-and-disability-services/): Aged care and disability services: missed visits families had to report, roster changes told to nobody, welfare concerns not escalated. Administrative and family-liaison calls ONLY - no assessment of care quality or clinical decisions, not an incident-management system. - [Education and training](https://wisesentry.com.au/for/education-and-training/): Education and training: enrolment enquiries promised a call that never comes, promised calls from trainers, placement gaps, concerns that never reach anyone senior. No assessment of teaching or academic judgement. - [Case studies](https://wisesentry.com.au/case-studies/): One measured 30-day deployment (2,349 calls reviewed, 45 raised, median sentiment of those 45 was 82/100). Other industries are clearly labelled illustrative scenarios and carry NO results figures, because no measured deployment has been run in them yet. ## Company - [Wise Cloud Technology](https://wisecloud.com.au/): WiseSentry is a product of Wise Cloud Technology, an Australian business telephony provider.
